Chapin is a producer of fawn and red fawn puppies. She has also produced both horsecoats and brushcoats. She is renowned for the quality of her produce.
Chapin's first litter was sired by BIS Ch. Grayland's Good News Bygeorg and whelped in May 1995. From this litter, there were three wonderful show quality puppies: Ch. Timbe's In His Image (Adam), Ch. Timbe's Maverick At MrMagoo's (co-owned with Wanda Woodlee), and Timbe's Kiss 'Em For Me Kate, who needs her majors to finish and is owned by Cynthia McNeel.
Chapin's second litter was whelped in November 1996. The sire was BIS Ch. Elite's Cadillac Style, ROM. To date, two puppies have finished from this litter of five: Ch. Elite's Susannah Dixie Magic (owned by Rev. Tom Hilyer of Opeleika, AL) and Ch. Timbe's Hugh Manatee (owned by Carmelina Galluccio of Italy). A third littermate, Ch. Timbe's Mandolin Rain finished her AKC championship on May 23, 1998.
Chapin has been bred to Ch. Elite's Cadillac Style, R.O.M., in the hope that the resulting litter will be as successful as the litter whelped in 1996. the puppies are due to be whelped in mid-October 1999.
Chapin has been recognized at the CSPCA National Specialty with placements in the Brood Bitch Class in 1998 and 1999. She was named Brood Bitch of the year for 1997 by the CSPCA.
